Blocks are nice and empty at the moment if anyone wants to consolidate.  Just had a 20 sat transaction clear in first block I think.
here you go: Bitcoin Transaction Fees - Everything in one
Quote from: OROBTC on July 29, 2019, 02:15:37 AM
I went with the suggested regular fee at two of my wallets, fees are very low (paid approx. 3 sats/byte).  Let's see how long it takes them clear.
You can consolidate your bitcoin at 1 satoshi/byte.
Quote from: hd49728 on July 29, 2019, 12:08:54 AM
Once again, you have good time to move your bitcoin with cheapest fees, at 1 satoshi/ byte.

Currently, it seems that transaction fees fluctuated around 1 sat/byte. Fees for transaction with 1 input (148 bytes), 3 outputs (102 bytes) costs only 260 satoshis, which is double than yesterday fee.
It is a best time to consolidate your bitcoin leftovers, but it doesn't last for too long. Hurry up.

I have this one for you (if you don't know it).
Bitcoin transaction fees - Everything in one

In short:
Earlier today, fee is 1 Satoshi/ byte, but now it temporarily rose to 3 satoshis/ bytes.
Fees for transaction with 1 input (148 bytes), 3 outputs (102 bytes) costs only 780 satoshis, which is double than yesterday fee.
It is not a best time to consolidate your bitcoin leftovers, everything you need is time, to see fees fall to 1 Satoshi/ byte, again.

Still short term bearish. Id say fight me  Wink but I dont really feel like posting much unless im short and long term bullish.

I will say 4900 is pretty extreme, its more like a floor I dont see us going under. 7-8k would be a more reasonable outcome imo, but this is Bitcoin and shit happens.  I think people shouldnt cry if 4900 is reached bc its still very bullish as a higher low than 3100 of Dec. 15.
Bitcoin might fall around 26 percent to 30 percent, from the range $11,000, where bitcoin broke out. It means in my forecast, bitcoin will fall to the range between $7700 and $8000. It is deep enough to kill Long gangs, and it is also relevant to news on Tether USD. News is used to pump and dump coins, so, why not believe in my forecast?

The moment Mayer Multiple reached just above 2.4, it started to go down.

Amazing.

So, $14k was in a mini bubble territory and the bears didn't miss that one. Sniped it right away. $7.5k looks like a good buy.

edit: Also see the previous 2.4 rejections in 2017. Happened twice before the big boom. That's even more interesting.
Do you mean that we will have to wait at least 4 more months to see next pump of bitcoin?
Whatever methods/ indicators you used, I agreed with you that bitcoin might fall to the range around $7700.

That indicator is not really talking about how far bitcoin would have to drop, it is merely providing guidance for when BTC might be overbought or oversold, but still does not mean that the price will cooperate.. but merely providing a kind of probability.  Of course BTC price could go shooting above the 2.4 line and stay up there for a while, but the chart would be showing BTC as overbought.

Similarly on the downside, if the mayer multiple is below 1 for a decent amount of time, then starts to seem quite likely that BTC is oversold, but does not really say with any kind of certainty that the price has to go down or UP from where we are at right now, which is about 1.51 according to the live rendition of the mayermultiple on the website.  Furthermore the website show that the all time average of the mayermultiple, since the beginning of bitcoin is 1.39... so currently, we are only a little bit above 1.39.
I noted it. There are two importants points with Mayer Multiple indicator:

By the way, we have another good day to consolidate bitcoin.

Whales toy with us in periods of low volume & low volatility.
If bitcoin goes down, it will fall around more than 20%, so the price I have waited for will be around $8,000.

A new IBM patent describes a peer-to-peer network for managing and storing browsing session data on a blockchain.

The browser collects pre-specified information from web browsing sessions, according to the patent. The information is then transferred to a network of peer-to-peer nodes for collection and storage.

I do agree it is one of the worst idea ever. Storing such private data of users on blockchain, it's too bad. I don't think anyone want to see such ideas implemented in reality.

$9-9.5k is the first solid support, if it hodls (probably it will), jump back to $11k. If it doesn't, $7.5-7.8k is waiting. (unlikely) We couldn't leave it, went back into the wedge.

The next 2 months are critical.
https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BTCUSD/3l1JOd99-Wedge/
Yeah, $9k2 to $9k5 is important range for Bitcoin. If it fails to protect those supports, it might fall to around $8k. When it dips below $9k2, it will be so easy to fastly fall to $8k, because people will fall into panic again, and 20% drops to liquidate longers at $9k2 will occur. Not too difficult to happen if $9k2 broken. Anyway, if it occurs, $8k will be the last chance to accumulate cheap Bitcoin for it's next bill run around February to March next year. I don't think Bitcoin will start next bull run soon about December.
I set up my stop loss at $10k8.
Quote from: hd49728 on August 09, 2019, 01:30:16 PM

I also suggest other newbie crypto-traders to do this. For experts, I don't mention about them here, because they actually can make better orders than mine.

At 3500 usd everyone waited 3k or lower, but it bounced before that at 3100/3200. Some are still waiting for 3k and 1.400 usd.
When it happens, bitcoin will move up together with Gold. I believe Bitcoin will do its rises more seriously than Gold. And, the coming halving next year will support Bitcoin with its huge motivational fuel for the flight of Bitcoin. Bitcoin and Gold will rise together when recession occurs; but Bitcoin willl overperform Gold.

Within the next five days, that is important period for bitcoin. Personally, I already made my stop-loss and profit-taking orders.
Like that (taking profits at $13300, while cutting loss at $10800):
I also suggest other newbie crypto-traders to do this. For experts, I don't mention about them here, because they actually can make better orders than mine.

If someone feel stressful with bitcoin dumps, and don't want to sell their bitcoin at the moment. They can take current low fees to move and consolidate their bitcoin.

Despite of bitcoin dumps and pumps last two days, and people went crazy with bitcoin tradings; at the moment as well as early today I observed, bitcoin transaction fees fell to 1 sat/byte. Fees for transaction with 1 input (148 bytes), 1 outputs (34 bytes) costs only 192 satoshis.
It is a best time to consolidate your bitcoin leftovers, but it doesn't last for too long. Hurry up.

nice page with information about mempool and transaction fees: https://mempool.space/
You can find helpful tips in my thread
Bitcoin transaction fees - everything in one
Note that Bitcoin transaction fee has its own cycle in timezones. Read more in my thread.
As of writing, it is enough to move your coins at 1 Satoshi/ byte, but if you are in hurry, you can move your coins faster at 2-3 satoshis/byte as fees.

Hey, maybe today is a good time to remind that I already forecasted it around more than one month ago. There is a little incorrect forecast because I already expected it falls to $8k.
Cheers!
